• We currently deliver to most locations within a 10 mile radius of Penrith Cumbria.
• Orders placed before 4pm (Monday to Friday) are delivered NEXT DAY between 9am - 5pm.
• Orders placed after 4pm (Monday to Thursday) are delivered within 2 days.
• Orders placed after 4pm on a FRIDAY are delivered on the following MONDAY.
• Orders over £15 are delivered FREE
• Orders under £15 are charged at £2.50
• Minimum order value is £5
• Orders that are undeliverable are returned to our Penrith base and must be collected by the customer within 24hrs or can be re-delivered for a £4.95 handling surcharge.
• Special instructions or requests for delivery should be entered in the available space upon checkout.
• We DO NOT refund undeliverable/uncollected orders.
• Advanced orders can be placed for 'specific date' delivery.
• We DO NOT deliver on Sundays & Bank Holidays.
• Availaible delivery times and locations may change due to adverse weather conditions and during busy periods.
