How do I pay for my order?

At the checkout you have the option to select either Payment on delivery or Paypal.

Paypal will show as DJKS Developments Ltd. on your statement.

It’s safer
When you pay with PayPal your financial details are never shared with sellers or retailers, so you’re more protected against fraud.

It’s faster
You don’t have to type in your card details each time you pay, so you can check out faster online. You can also get eBay items delivered more quickly, as you can pay the seller instantly.

It’s easier
PayPal is the preferred web payment method in the UK because it’s a smarter, savvier way to pay online in just a few clicks. All you need is your email address and a password.

 

What happens if I am not in when you deliver?

Orders that are undeliverable are returned to our Penrith base and must be collected by the customer within 24hrs or can be re-delivered for a £4.95 handling surcharge. If you have special instructions or requests for delivery they should be entered in the available space upon checkout.

Do I have to register as a customer before I can place an order?

You can place an order by selecting the Express Checkout option, however, it is much quicker to register as a customer.

What does the  'e'  mean when it is included in a products stated average weight?

Control of quantities of goods: All goods sold by quantity whether pre-packaged or loose must comply with legal requirements.Those sold in pre-packaged constant quantities, i.e. goods usually found in containers or packages on the supermarket shelf, must comply with Quantity Control legislation, which requires the testing of samples representative of a production batch to confirm compliance with the requirements of the Packaged Goods (Quantity Control) Act, 1980 and Packaged Goods (Quantity Control) Regulations, 1980 (Statutory Instrument No. 39 of 1981). This legislation allows that the nominal quantity declared on the package remains within certain limits.Issues relating to the information displayed on packaged goods and on the Range of Sizes for these goods are regulated by the National Consumer Agency.

The e-mark is placed on pre-packaged goods to indicate conformance to the EU Directives regulating the average system. Prior to applying the e-mark packers must notify the Legal Metrology Service.

Goods not sold in pre-packaged constant quantities such as fruit and vegetables, when sold using a measuring instrument must contain or have delivered the minimum quantity stated.
